AQUIA HARBOUR - Stafford County just off I-95. Aquia Harbour is now accepting non-resident swimmers however, those individuals are required to purchase an associate membership through the AHPOA Business Office before they can join, practice or compete (Resident swimmers get first priority and the AH Dolphins Board reserves the right to deny entry due to organization size limitations as dictated by the AHPOA by-laws).
